Credentials

Three Immersions, Inc. was established in early 2007 to develop immersive Virtual World applications for learning, training, and other serious purposes. The Three Immersions team includes talents from both the United States and China. Our 3-D designers are full-time professional art designers with Bachelor's degrees in the areas of Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Arts, and Industrial Design. Our programmers and scripters are full-time professional programmers with Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology. Our project managers have decades of experience in managing sizable real-world research and development teams. Our project advisors have deep, active connections to higher education institutions in both the U.S. and China, and are on the forefront in the research area of effective teaching, learning, and training in immersive 3-D virtual environments.

Three Immersions, Inc. is a Linden Lab-approved Second Life Solution Provider and Second Life Community Gateway. Serveral of our developers have passed U.S. background checks and are approved by Linden Lab to work in the Teen Grid of Second Life.
